THIS SPECIFIC DATE IS SPECIAL SINCE WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN AN AREA WITHIN WATERFEST TO GET THESE KIDS INFRONT OF A LOT MORE PEOPLE. SPACE IS LIMITED FOR THIS SPECIAFIC DATE 6/22 SINCE WE WILL BE SETTING UP ON THE GRASS SPACE NEXT TO SLIGHTLY OFF BROADWAY.

About the event
Kids As Vendors is an event we started last fall to encourage childern in our community to expand their creativty and entrepreneurship. The kids are running the show!! They choose their business whether it is making jewelry, homemade items, or even services like lawn care..the choice is theirs. RSVP is free but booth rentals are $2 cash ONLY due the day of the event. Young entrepreneurs are responsible for tables, chairs, change, and anything else they can think of that will help them be successful for this market. Â We also reccomend that a poster is made with the booth name on it, items that will be sold and the price. Everyone must check in upon arrival at our table. Adult or guradian must be with young entrepenuer during entire event.Â
TIMES FOR THE 6/22 WATERFEST SET UP WILL BE FROM 12-3 DUE TO THE PARADE THAT ENDS AT 1030- THIS WILL GIVE YOU ALL A LITTLE MORE TIME TO GET SET UP AFTER THE CHOAS.Â
Also, since we have moved locations the Kids As Vendors Market will be set up in the parking lot of the Excelsior Springs Chamber parking lot located at 426 S Thompson Ave, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024
